"They kept their promise"
Update:. They refunded my account and allowed me to keep the product. Minus one star for their lack of attention to detail on the original listing.

Original review: They advertise one concentration of a product and deliver another. Additionally, my order had a total of 10 packs, received 9. They honored a return, but at the cost of me having to pay return shipping for their mistake. Poor business practices. Look for a different company to do business with, there are plenty out there.

I have a spring fed water system in south texas. i need to update the system. i need help choosing the right equipment. i've called in several times on your option 5. i've been told that frank is the only one that can help me with my application. i've been transferred to him (no answer) several times. i've left messages with his fellow team mates, for him to call me back. apparently, he doesn't feel the need to respond. do you want my business or not? dean rainbolt- 830-966-6216
